Treatment time is subject to the size of the area being treated. The most common size of a treatment area is 8cmX15cm/ 3inX6in (which is about the size of a palm) and should take about 10 min. So, if you are doing a treatment area 2 times bigger than your palm, just multiply 2 and 10 to get your treatment time.
Besides the treatment benefits of the vibrations, they also help to let you know that the device is working. If you don’t feel a vibration the front light should be orange, this means that you don’t have enough contact with your skin so try to press gently on the area you’re treating or add more gel.
If you feel a stinging sensation it most likely means you don’t have enough gel on the treated area. Just add a bit more.
The secret is the temperature. In order to see results we suggest you keep the temperature elevated. If you feel the temperature dropping you can: decrease the area of treatment, increase the energy level or slow your movements until the temperature rises again.
Once you reach your goal, which will take a minimum of 8 weeks, you can start using the device once or twice a month to maintain the results of your hard work.
The tube has 3 metallic balls in order to help you apply the right amount of gel. A thin even layer is all you need per treatment, just be sure that the whole area you intend to treat is covered.
Don’t worry, there is no need to squeeze. As you roll the tube over your skin the gel will cover the area – don’t expect to see gel come out of the tube. The 3 metallic balls are designed to neatly apply a thin layer of gel, just enough for the treatment, if the area is not fully covered repeat until it is.

During and immediately after treatment, you may feel your skin become warm due to the heat energy, and it may turn slightly red or pink. This is normal and simply means that the device is working. It is also normal to experience some swelling post treatment. Both the redness and swelling will disappear shortly after the treatment is complete. If at any point you feel pain or discomfort, you should stop the treatment and let your skin cool down. Other possible side effects can be found in the Instructions for Use. Please read it carefully before beginning treatment.

I recently decided to try out Sensifirm by Sensica, having been on a long search for an effective cellulite solution. First off, the Lipotherm RF technology is unlike anything I’ve experienced; it’s soothing, and combined with a conductance gel, it glides effortlessly on the skin. The built-in safety sensors genuinely stand out, ensuring both the right temperature and a worry-free session every time. After only a few sessions, I began noticing my skin getting smoother and more refined. It’s essential to mention that while the improvements are progressive and might not be immediate, they are undeniably there. For anyone tired of invasive treatments and looking for a promising solution, Sensifirm is a strong contender. It is at the expensive side but it is cheaper compared with treatments from the SPA.
Lightweight device but takes longer than advertised!. This product comes with everything you need to use it, including a charger, a woven travel bag, the base gel and the device itself. You also get instructions and a clear, simple quick-start guide. It’s all nicely presented in the box though there is some excess plastic packaging. The device is really lightweight and quite comfortable to hold. The conductors on the bottom slide smoothly over the skin without any drag. It’s also simple to use, and the lights on the device help you to figure out whether you’re holding it correctly, as they will only turn green when the device is in proper contact with the skin. It’s a painless process but it is warm. The only thing I’m not keen on is that it’s advertised as only requiring 10 minutes a week, but this isn’t really true. The instructions say that two palm-sized areas will need 20 minutes a week, and gives different recommended times for each body area. If you’re doing both thighs, stomach and both arms then that’s more likely to be almost two hours which is quite a long time! Overall I’m impressed with the device though it’s too early to see any results. Hopefully they will come in time!
