Our Money Back Guarantee Return Policy

Sensica devices have a 60-day money-back guarantee for devices purchased only on the UK/US Sensica website. Should you wish to return your order, you have 60 days to do so.

The Money-Back Guarantee covers only Sensica devices. Other Sensica products, such as pads or creams, are consumables and are therefore considered non-refundable.

If you received your product damaged during shipping, please save the damaged box and product(s) and initiate a return below.

We can only issue refunds for Sensica products purchased directly from If purchased from another retailer, please get in touch with them directly for information on their return policy.

NOTE: The serial number and proof of purchase are required for all refunds and returns.

Initiate a Money Back Guarantee Return

STEP 1: Request a Return Authorization

All refund requests MUST be preauthorized with a Sensica Return Authorization (RMA) number assigned by Sensica. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Please email [email protected], be sure to add your name, address, email address, order number, and proof of purchase.

STEP 2: Return

You must return the device within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a handling fee will be charged.

Returns should be mailed prepaid (no collect returns accepted) to the address provided by Sensica Customer Service.

Please package the parcel securely and send it to us using the tracked service. Customers are responsible for tracked return shipping.

To avoid damage in shipment, please make sure that the device is carefully packed (it is best to return it with its original Sensica box). Please be sure to include ALL of the items in your return, even if they have been opened.

Devices returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit per Sensica’s judgment. This also pertains to if you do not return all of the items that came with the device to be returned – this includes power supplies, adapters, gels, and any gifts.

No responsibility for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged products will be accepted.

Please allow two to three weeks to process returns and exchanges. Returns after the Holiday Season may require longer processing times.
